OOTD: A Night Out look 🍹

Last night we had pre drinks at mine & Tim’s and then headed to town to celebrate my brother in law Dan’s 27th Birthday.

I really liked this outfit as it was a nice going out outfit but it was actually really comfy too, great for dancing 💃

I’ve also included the make up look that I went for, I’ll include as much information about the products I used & the clothes as I can!

We’ll start with the outfit first as I based the make up look on what I was wearing (Once I had decided!!)

Blouse: Primark £8-11 (sorry I can’t remember exactly)

Jeans, high waisted super skinny: Primark £8 reduced from £9

Shoes: Black patent moccasins, Primark £8

Choker:  with rose gold tips, Ebay £2.50 for a set of 2

I love these jeans for this look as they are really skinny and quite a dark denim so they look really smart with this outfit & are perfect for a night out. I don’t usually wear trouser for a night out but it was nice for a change.

The choker finished off this outfit really well, my sister got it for me from Ebay and it’s really cool. It comes as a set of two with a plain black velvet one.

I really liked how my make up turned out last night, I went a bit extra with the eyes as I think this is what sets a night out look apart from a everyday look.

Base/Foundation: Body shop bb cream shade 2, £12 & Bourjois Radiance reveal healthy mix foundation (1 pump) £9.99

Concealor: Collection lasting perfection in ‘Cool medium’ for the face, Superdrug £4.19 & Bourjois Radiance reveal in ‘Ivory’ for under the eyes, Superdrug £8.99

Blush: Revolution ‘Blush goddess’ blush palette, Superdrug £6

Highlighter: Sleek MakeUp Highlighter palette ‘Precious metals’ Superdrug£9.99

Lipstick: Mac Velvet teddy £15

Eyes: Revolution ‘Fortune favours the brave’ palette, Superdrug £9.99

Charlotte Tilbury ‘Legendary lashes’ mascara £25

Make up brushes: Real techniques brushes

I really liked this look and I think my eyeshadow skills are defiantly improving.

This maroon, brown eye look went really well with my outfit, the revolution palette has some gorgeous colours.

The lipstick is a browny nude which I usually don’t like at all but I think this one is growing on me, I may need to add this to my Christmas list!!

I hope you enjoyed this going out look 💋

What are your make up favs for a great night out or an everyday look?

Until next time,

Roseanne 🙂

Clothes Haul

I recently had a bit of a shopping spree, online & in store and I thought I would share my purchases with you.

The H&M items were bought online (thankfully they all fitted!) The Primark & Asda items were bought in store.

I used to wish that Primark did online shopping as we never got the full range in our Primark, however since our store has expanded we always have such awesome stuff, very dangerous 🙈

I’ll start with Primark 🎒

Reptile patch purse £5

I love the autumnal colours of burgundy, green & beige on this purse.

Oatmeal ribbed jumper £12

I bought this in a size bigger so that it was oversized.

Cosy Harry Potter socks with ‘Muggle’ written on them.

And the item that made my day..

Harry Potter onesie £10

My dream onesie!!☇ I’ve been wanting a new one ready for the cold weather & winter nights.

H & M

Light grey penguin motif jumper £14.99

This jumper is so cute, the penguins are holding flippers 💗

Heart patterned blouse £12.99

Ive been looking for a heart blouse for ages & this is so cute ♡

Dusty pink blouse £12.99

This blouse is a really soft, sheer material.

Pink, sparkly textured knit jumper £17.99

I didn’t actually realise this was sparkly before I bought it as it didn’t really say anywhere on the description, however I actually really like the sparkliness (not sure that’s a word!) I bought it in a medium so that it was oversized.

Long sleeved stripe jersey top £12.99

I love navy & white striped tops and this is a slightly thicker than normal top that is really comfy.

Short coat in bottle green £17.99

This is really nice as a light jacket or smart coat for work. I love the colour, very this season & one of my fave colours. This was originally £29.99 so I saved £12! I’d say go grab one quickly but its gone back up to full price now already.

small shoulder bag £7.99

This bag is so cute, perfect if you just want a little bag to take out and I love the badge detailing on the front.

ASDA

Black bobble hat & gloves.

There are the only hats I wear and are great for staying cosy & wrapped up in winter. These gloves are perfect as they can either be fingerless or mittens, this is great for me for work 👍

I hope you’ve enjoyed this blog post!

What clothes are you loving atm?

What’s in my travel bag?

So, We are off to Sardinia tommorrow for our honeymoon and I thought it would be cool to do a blog all about the bits I’m taking in my bag 🎒 Holiday essentials, clothes and travel pieces, here goes.

First up…

Holiday essentials 🌞

Skincare & summer make up! Suncream is of course a must (as well as after sun as it will be 30’c) I havn’t really got any top tips on suncream but I always go for a factor 20 & 50. Tim has fair skin and catches the sun really easily so 50 is a must!

I’ve also picked out a few summery make up bits to go with my usual pieces. 💄

I’ve chosen orangey/coral/brown tones as these go really great with a tan. I chose Revlons liquid lipstick in the shade ‘flirt’, Bourjois’s liquid lipstick in the shade ‘Happy nude year’ & Barry Ms Cor Balmy lip balm in the shade ‘trouble & strife’

I also picked up a bronzer as I didnt actually have one!! I chose Collections Bronze Glow Mosaic bronzer, it’s so pretty and has a nice mixture of tones & shimmers. This also contains Vitamin C which is good for your skin 👍

Sunglasses are of course a must! I’ve got my prescription sunglasses ready in their case. I got these last year for our holiday to Italy and I havn’t looked back since, I hated not being able to wear sunglasses so it was awesome finally getting these.

Mini toiletries, a must just because! So cute and mini 🙂 Wilko do a great selection of nice brands in mini toiletrie form which is great AND they were on offer 3 for 2, even better!

Next up…
Clothes 👕😎

These are just a few of my favourite bits that I have bought to take on holiday.

First up, this is a lovely cover up from H&M for £14.99, it’s a really lovely floaty, thin material and I love the blue and white colours with the shimmer of silver/gold running through it…

Now there’s a bit of a tassel theme going on here…

I picked up both of these pairs of shorts from Primark for £4 each! (Tassels!!) They must be the in thing this year.

This super cute vintagey looking swimsuit was from Matalan for £14.
I love the shape of it and the navy and white combo with gold detailing on the straps. I was happy with this find as I’m a bit fussy with swimsuits and I find them a tricky thing to buy when you’re not a fan of wearing them in the first place.

This is one of my favourite items that I found in  Primark (again £4) it’s so cute and will look great with any of the shorts that I’ve got, especially the ones I mentioned above ☝ #summergoals 🍦

Moving onto shoes…

Harry a potter flipflops! Need I say anymore?!? Super cool and only around£1.50 in Primark.

Sandals, sandals, sandals! Defiantly an essential item and these lovely ones are also from Primark (I sense another theme here!)

I thought that these were lovely so I picked them up in brown and black, two staple colours when coordinating any outfit 👍

I love the gold detail on the buckle and again TASSELS!! These were £5 each.

And finally…

Travel essentials ✈

A travel bag! I always go for a big one as my hand luggage bag so that I can fit plenty of bits of bobs to travel with and occupy myself on the plane with, such as…

I picked this adult colouring book up in Bologna, Italy last year so I’m going to take this for the plane along with some books too!

My friend Rachel got me this cute checklist & pen for my birthday! I love a bit of stationary and this will be great for making sure that we pack everything we need.

These awesome luggage tags were part of our wedding present from my auntie! She got them for us at my Hen do, at the studio tour. They are super cool ⚡

I picked up this cute and super soft travel pillow in Primark for £4! I know it isn’t a long flight to Sardinia but I might as well be comfortable none the less 👍

I hope you’ve enjoyed this little insight into my travel items, see you in a week!

Until next time,

Roseanne 🙂

Primark haul

I can’t believe I haven’t done one of these yet, anyone who knows me knows that I ❤️ a bit of Primark, so I thought I’d do a post on my recent purchase.

Here goes, first up Shoes! 👟

These are so cool! Harry Potter and Converse, two of my favourite things ⚡️⚡️

I live in Converse and the burgundy colour is great too. Super comfy.

These were £8.

These slip on pumps are great as they work for casual use and are also super comfy for work too. They come in lots of different colours, I grabbed them in the light grey, dark grey & greymarl, which is grey with darks specks in it.

These are £4.

Next up, pyjamas! 👚

I love Primarks range of Harry Potter pyjamas. They are sold separately but some of the tops and bottoms match. These two match and the bottoms are super comfy and cuffed F the bottom. The top is cool and in the style of an American style baseball top with the slogan ‘Don’t let the muggles get you down.’

The bottoms were £8 and the top was £7.

I also got the vest top with the Marauders map design on it. This one is £4.50.

Tops…

This top is so cute and awesome. I of course 💖 pizza and this top is really cool and comfy. It was only £3 reduced from £6, bargain.

I also got a few other random bits…

I love this super cute material shopping bag ‘Happiccino-A happy cappuccino.’ 🙂

So cute☕️ £1.50

And finally,

Since I wear lots of slip on trainers & low top Converse these are great as they stop the slipping. They are really comfy too.

These are £2.50 for a pack of two.

So those are my purchases! I hope you enjoyed viewing my bargains  👛
Until next time,

Roseanne 🙂
