I love taking photos so I thought I’d share some of the ones I’ve taken. Ive split them up into categories so here goes, hope you like them π

Some of the photos are natural and some have filters on from instagram to sharpen the image and bring them to life!
Let’s start with some pictures of pretty things.
This is a photo of us celebrating bonfire night by having some fireworks & sparklers.
This is a photo from a hotel me and Tim stayed at, those who have read my blog about our weekend away will recognise this!
The hotel had some lovely old features and this is one of them. I love the way this one is framed with the old fireplace still visable in the background.
I love candles, they are so relaxing and smell great! I love the way the light of the flame catches the glass in this photo, so pretty.
Flowers

Flowers, flowers, flowers! I love them and they are great to photograph. I love all the colours and the detail you can see when you take a photo close up.
Scenery
Scenery shots are great, especially when you can look at them and they remind you of a place you love.
I take loads of photos of the waterfront near where I live in my hometown. I walk through the waterfront everyday on my way to work and often can’t help myself stopping to take a quick snap, it’s so lovely down there! (In all weathers)

Not all of these photos have filters but I do like to use them on some as they really define some of the features and emphasise the colours, shadows and reflections in the pictures π

I love the way the sun is shining on this picture! It was summer and the lighting really gives it a summery feel.

A photo can transport you right back to a special time, a moment in your life and make you smile, there’s something really magical about that.
